At Ayurlive, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium Ayurvedic supplements. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Ayurvedic supplements
  • Some health and personal care items like opened oils, powders, or skincare

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item that shows obvious signs of use or is damaged.
  • Any item not in its original condition, missing parts, or returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing may take some time.
  3. Reach out to your bank for possible delays in refund posting.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at info@ayurlive.ae.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
